Fresh Factory – founded and managed by Andreas Ballon and Klaus Klische. Founded in 1997, and setting high standards in food enjoyment ever since, we are a medium-sized enterprise with over 110 staff. We specialise in the refinement of fresh fruits and supply our products solely to specialist wholesalers in the hotel, restaurant and fine foods industry as well as to large-scale consumers.

We have been IFS (Higher Level) certified ever since 2005 and continue to prove the validity of this status every year with great success. The “Amt für Arbeitsschutz der Behörde für Soziales, Familie, Gesundheit und Verbraucherschutz” of Hamburg (Agency for Occupational Health and Safety as part of the Agency for Social Affairs, Family, Health and Consumer Protection) has classified and honoured Fresh Factory as a company maintaining commendable health and safety regulations.
